General Tips:

If you reach day 40 without triggering any other ending you will get a generic game over scene (no H).
Some routes require doing some exploration on Sunday in order to progress.
The Principal gives you a “reward” for each girl you deflower, but you can only get one reward per week. It is possible to miss a reward scene if you proceed with deflowering lessons before claiming it. Collecting all 3 rewards is not necessary for any ending.
None of the choices during H scenes affect the plot in any way, but if you want to unlock all CG you need to save and take both options.
The only choices with consequences are whether to cooperate with the principal/vice-principal (there are 4 of these). If you’re not consistent you may be locked out of certain routes.
Clicking on the infirmary option (beds) will always pass the time without anything happening.

Azumi/Natsuki/Reika End:

Simply choose the same girl at every opportunity. Do not cooperate when given the choice.

Shiori End:

After giving 2 lessons to one student, the teacher Shiori becomes available as an option, sometimes. Simply pick her whenever possible. Her 3rd scene happens on a Sunday (choose to explore the school) and she doesn’t show up anymore during weekdays until you do that. When given the option refuse the vice-principal’s proposal.

Harem End:

Make progress with Azumi and Reika until you get the choice to cooperate and refuse both times. The next Sunday explore the school for the first scene in the route. Make progress with Natsuki until you refuse another request from the vice-principal (you can also do this before triggering the first harem scene). The rest of the harem scenes should show up as “?” choices in the morning/afternoon.

Orgy End:

a.k.a. True End, Ayako End, Sex Teacher End, Fallen End, NTR End
Make progress with Azumi, Natsuki, Reika and Shiori until you get the choice to cooperate and accept all four times. The ending sequence should start automatically the next morning.
I’m not certain but I think you may also need to collect one reward from the principal to unblock part of this route (to be safe, visit her office in the morning after giving the first deflowering lesson).
